By accessing or using the Talklon website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use the Talklon platform for personal or business purposes in accordance with your subscription. This licence shall not include:

• Modifying or copying our software
• Using the materials for any commercial purpose beyond your licensed use
• Attempting to reverse engineer any software
• Removing any copyright or proprietary notations
• Transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" on another server

3. Service Description

Talklon provides subscription-based business communication and operations software. The specific features available to you depend on your chosen subscription package. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.

5. Payment Terms

By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page. All fees are:

• Quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable
• Billed monthly in advance unless otherwise specified
• Non-refundable except as required by law
• Subject to change with 30 days' notice

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us with 30 days' written notice. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. Onboarding fees are non-refundable.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Talklon platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Engage in any activity that could harm or disrupt our services

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Talklon Ltd be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Talklon Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
